DeVos has also owned a number of professional sports franchises, including the Orlando Magic of the NBA. He is the author of four books: Believe!, Compassionate Capitalism, Hope from My Heart: Ten Lessons for Life, and Ten Powerful Phrases for Powerful People . A renowned speaker, he has appeared before hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. His recorded talk, "Selling America," received the Alexander Hamilton Award for Economic Education from the Freedoms Foundation. After receiving a heart transplant in 1997, he became chairman of the Speakers Bureau for United Network for Organ Sharing. DeVos and his wife, Helen, generously support hospitals, colleges and universities, arts organizations and Christian causes in their hometown of Grand Rapids, Mich., and they support numerous organizations in Central Florida

booneIn 1971, Coach Herman Boone faced the challenge of a lifetime and his inspirational story was captured in the Disney film 'Remember The Titans' starring Academy Award winner, Denzel Washington. At that time, Alexandria, Virginia, as three schools were newly integrated to form the T.C. Williams High School. It was from this union that the Titan football team was created. The former rivalries between the schools coupled with the strain between the black and white players resulted in a team that was from united. Tensions only escalated when Boone, the former assitant coach of T.C. Williams, was named head coach over the Titans, passing over Bill Yoast, the local favorite and successful head coach of the former white Hammond High. Yoast's supporters were angered by Boone's apppointment, which was seen as a gesture of goodwill to the black community. Remarkably, both coaches were able to put aside their prejudices, and in doing so they united their players to form a team whose common vison was to respect each other and win football games. At the same time, through the game of football, Boone and Yoast were able to help their small Virginian community put aside their intolerances and join together to support their children. The Titans became one of the best teams in Virginia, compliling a 13-0 record and went on to win the State Championship.

JerryDr. Jerry Anderson is the president of the La Red Business Network International, which based in Sugarcreek, Ohio. Anderson has functioned internationally for the past 15 years as a trainer and international director for La Red. Upon accepting the presidency of La Red three years ago, he has expanded the organization into the government and university arenas. Dr. Anderson epitomizes the profile of an entrepreneur. He has built and developed many organizations “from the ground up,” and he has always stressed the importance utilizing the principles of God. Anderson’s business endeavors include a publishing company California, home security company in Ohio, Structure wire/high tech home installations, cable contractor, auto advertising agency, and currently, President of Digital Dish and Light Speed Wireless Internet, employing over 900 in nine states. In addition, he is a tremendous testimony of how a family can be involved in the growth of a business. In his current organizations, many of the key positions are held by immediate family members. Dr. Anderson has worked on numerous international boards and has trained in universities throughout Latin America. His business training involves very practical steps. He receives tremendous attraction from young entrepreneurial type individuals from all nations. He and his wife Jerri Lee reside in Millersburg along with their three children Dawn, Dennis, and Dean. He has numerous grandchildren. In addition to his tremendous business responsibilities, he is a very active leader of La Red Business Network. As president of La Red, Jerry has focused on the leverage that can be acquired by training in the university or government settings. The focus of La Red is to help establish and develop Godly principles in the midst of corruption.

André has twenty years of experience in Executive Leadership Development, Organizational Change and Training. Other credentials include being one of founding Principals in Apple Partners, a highly successful restaurant management group that was sold to Applebee’s International. Prior to joining Apple Partners in 1988, André played professional baseball for 21 years with five different teams, joining the Cleveland Indians Team. André is one of the top home run hitters in Cleveland Indian history with 214, was twice chosen for the American League All Star Team, and received the Silver Bat Award for being the best player at his position in 1984. André also has received the Golden Tomahawk Award four times, the Cleveland Indian’s Man of the Year Award, the Roberto Clemente Award, and is a member of the Cleveland Indians , Ohio Baseball Hall of Fame and the Cleveland Sports Hall of Fame.
